HRD and Higher Education Department never attests any non educational or commercial certificates. All the above said Divorce Certificate Attestation process, the Attestation from Notary is mandatorily require. The attestation from Notary could be completed from anywhere in India for any Indian Divorce Certificate. But some country requires the Notarization from the state of issuance of the Divorce Certificate. All the Attestation process will be done on the original Divorce Certificate.
